The Food Section has an interesting article on Food Safety on Cooking Shows. I like to watch cooking shows on PBS and Food Network and often see the talent exhibit unsafe food handling practices. I had no idea it was as prevalent as this article indicates…

I read the article and having looked at my share of cooking shows on tv, I have consistently noticed violations of Food Safety. As a person who provides Food Storage,Saftey,and Preparation information on my website, I believe it’s important for household consumers to be aware of the dangers of improper Food safety.
