We have made this for several of our parties and it is always a favorite, usually the first thing to go. We have served it with both Ritz style crackers and slices of french bread. A definite must for anyone who has never tried it.
This dip is becoming so popular! It even has its own website: http://www.buffalochickendip.com. I recommend using Swanson Chicken, because its made with only white meat. (I work for them, so I know!) Plus, its low cal/low fat, and the pre-cut pieces are the perfect size for the dip. Also, you can substitute blue cheese dressing for the ranch and/or blue cheese crumbles for the cheddar. Yum!
Love your post!! Finally someone got it right!!! Would you mind if I put a blogroll link back to your post? 🙂
